Awareness, intuition, strikes and targets what women of all ages should know. Learn how to be alert of your surround-ings, prevention and trusting your intuition to the psychology of an attack, where to hit, how to hit and what to hit with, how to move and how to fall. Know when to fight or take flight. Practice time in class for all.
Instructor: David A. Kuske, Owner of Quest International Studio of Self-Defense. Dave has been studying martial arts since 1976. He holds the rank of 4th degree black belt in Chinese Kenpo Karate and a 2nd degree black belt in Ryukyu Kempo Tode-jitsu. In addition he has been studying Yang style Tai Chi Chuan since 1976. Dave has been a full time instructor for over 30 years teaching men and women of all ages how to protect themselves and their loved ones through Martial Arts training (not to mention common sense) and also how to stay calm and relaxed through Tai Chi and Qigong practice.
